It would be very helpful if we both reply on your first e-mail so that we can have readily available all previous correspondence.
Please check that in your reply you give us all the necessary information such as location, arrival date and time correctly.  One of the most common mistakes is quoting the departure time of the airplane as the arrival time in Greece!  
Contact us as soon as possible for any changes!   If you do not send us anything we will assume that all details are correct.  Again, please make sure that we have all your travel details correctly.
If for any reason you do not receive a reply to your email from us within 24 hours, please email us to investigate any problems.

It is also important for us to know not only how many persons we will have to accommodate but approximately how many baggage (number and size) you will have too.  European cars don’t have very large luggage compartments so please be sure that you give us correct info so that we can provide you with the appropriate type of vehicle for your needs.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

For your own safety be especially wary of very “attractive” and low cost deals and offers. The persons posting them may be operating illegally.  Make sure that the driver you select is a certified professional and that the vehicle is not a private car or van but a fully insured, licensed and certified vehicle for public use by the Greek authorities.

PAYMENT

In order to finalize your reservation no deposit is required, you just need to fill in the reservation form, which will be sent to you upon your request.  Your credit card details will be used strictly for your reservation.  The total amount will be paid at the conclusion of your tour or transfer in cash. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

The following cancellation policy is used by almost all service providers all over Europe in order to minimize non shows. 

Bookings cancelled within the last 48 hours prior to the agreed date and time will be fully charged. If, however, your ship does not, due to bad weather or for any other reason, dock, then you will not be charged.

Please note that all alterations or cancellations should only be made via fax or e-mail.

As our services are personalized we would appreciate it if we are notified as soon as possible so that we can accept other requests and can offer our serlvices to visitors that require them.
